It is a reality that many seniors and their families face Alzheimer’s disease, dementias, or other memory impairments. Our Enhanced Care (Memory Care) Program is specially designed to meet the needs of those residents in a loving and dignified manner. |

Our Enhanced Care Program includes the following:
- 3 meals a day and snacks between meals
- Mealtime assistance as needed
- Dressing, bathing, & Personal hygiene
- Continence care
- Medication Administration
- Fully secured environment specially designed for those with memory impairments
- All utilities including cable television in each apartment
- Full housekeeping and laundry services
- 24-hour on-site certified staff
- Ongoing daily activities specific to the memory impaired
- Escort service to all meals and activities
- Transportation to and from scheduled appointments

Alzheimer's Association Support Group
Each 3rd Wednesday of the month, Courtyard at Jamestown hosts an Alzheimer's support group for the Utah chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. During this support group members of the surrounding area meet together to enjoy information from professionals, volunteers, and peers.
Each month we send out a post card describing the date and time of the meeting and the speaker for the meeting. Alzheimer's isn't easy to understand alone. Please contact us to be added to the Support Group mailing list. |
